Why is my fridge running but not cooling?
It could be low gas, a blocked air duct, a faulty fan, thermostat or sensor, or a compressor that is not starting. Switch it off for a few minutes and call us if the problem continues.
Why is water collecting at the bottom of my fridge?
In frost-free fridges this usually means the drain hole is blocked. We clean the drain line and check the defrost system.
Do you repair inverter compressor fridges?
Yes. We repair inverter and normal compressor fridges, including PCB and stabiliser related faults.
Should I keep the fridge running until the technician comes?
If it is not cooling at all, move the food to a cool place and switch the fridge off to protect the compressor. Switch it on again a few minutes before the visit.
