Terms of Service

These terms apply to repair, servicing and installation work booked with Mishra AC & RO Service Centre by phone, WhatsApp or through this website.
Bookings and visits
Visit times are confirmed on the phone or WhatsApp. We try our best to arrive on time; if we are delayed, we will inform you. Please make sure an adult is present and the appliance is accessible during the visit.
Inspection charge and estimates
An inspection or visiting charge may apply, and it is told to you before the visit. After checking the appliance, the technician explains the fault and gives you the estimated cost. Work starts only after you approve it. If you decide not to go ahead, only the inspection charge is payable.
Spare parts
We use genuine or good-quality compatible spare parts. The part and its price are explained before fitting, and the old part is shown to you on request.
Warranty
Repair work and replaced parts carry a service warranty for the period written on your bill. The warranty does not cover physical damage, electrical voltage problems, water quality issues, misuse, or repairs done by anyone else after our visit.
Payment
Payment is due after the work is completed and tested, by cash or UPI. Please ask the technician for a bill.
Brands
Mishra AC & RO Service Centre is an independent multi-brand repair service and is not an authorised service centre of any brand. Brand names on this website are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the appliances we can repair. Repairs by an independent service may affect a manufacturer’s warranty; please check your product warranty first.
Liability
We take reasonable care during every job. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden damage, or loss caused by delays outside our control.
